What times are each of the artists performing on each stage?

Concerts will begin at approximately 3:00 pm. For artist performance times click here. Please note that the festival has 2 stages and there may be simultaneous performances on each stage..

How do I attend a meet and greet?

Public Meet & Greets will be held in the Fan Zone Garages.  There will be two Meet & Greet booths, with approximately 2-4 artists per day, and fans attend on a first-come basis. The schedule will be posted on the website a few weeks before the festival.

What is the re-entry policy?    

All festival attendees with a 3-day wristband (GA or VIP) are allowed to leave the festival and re-enter. Single-day ticket holders may NOT re-enter even with a camping wristband.

What kind of vendors will there be?

Country 500 will have several festival merchandise booths throughout the site selling artist merchandise as well as Country 500 merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, bandanas, cooling rags, drink coozies, and more. In addition, the marketplace will showcase a variety of country wares for our fans.

Where can I set up my chair in the performance areas?

There will be a standing-room-only area just behind the VIP areas at the Country 500 stage. Guests may set up chairs and blankets anywhere outside of that standing room only area and throughout the festival grounds. In the Bluebird Theater limited seating is provided and no outside seating is allowed.

Where are the stages and will there be seating?

Updated map coming soon, only the Bluebird Theater has seating provided.

What happens in cases of severe weather?

In the event of severe weather you will be given information regarding postponements and our safety protocols.

Are there lockers at the festival?

No

Are the stadium grandstands open to watch / listen to the concerts?

No, the stadium seats are not open for viewing the concerts as the show will not be visible from that distance. All activity takes place on the infield.

What will be open in the grandstand/stadium?

Restroom facilities will be available inside the stadium located on Level 1.  All food and beverage locations are inside the infield in the festival area. Seating will not be open to view the entertainment.

Will there be shaded areas or misting tents to cool off since it will probably be hot?

Yes, there are a number of misting and water elements throughout the site, as well as tents to visit for shade.

Where do I enter the festival?

You may enter through the Toyota injector or at the West end of the Stadium to cross over the track and enter the festival area. Additionally, guests parking in Lot 6 and in Premium parking will enter from the backstretch at Gate 160. If you are camping in the infield, you will be able to enter the concert grounds from the camping areas. If you are camping in West Lot, you can board a tram by the Daytona Flat Track, which will drop off in Lot 6. West Lot campers may also walk through Tunnel 1 or to the ADA entrance at the West end of the Stadium at ground level.

WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

VIP and 3-day wristband holders my enter the festival beginning at 2:00 pm each day.  Single-day ticket holders may enter at 3:00 pm each day.

 

WHAT CAN I BRING?


Can I bring in a cooler?  What size? What can I bring in my cooler?

You may bring a 12 pack or smaller soft-sided cooler into the festival area which may include ice, ice packs and factory sealed water for personal consumption (a reasonable amount for 1-2 people).  There are no such restrictions on coolers brought into the campgrounds.

Can I bring in a day bag?  If I can, what can I bring in my bag?

Yes, small backpacks and cinch bags are allowed.  Anything not listed as prohibited on the festival prohibition listing (click here) is allowed.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes, cameras are allowed. However professional cameras/ video cameras are not allowed.

Can I bring blankets or tarps?

Yes, you can bring blankets or tarps but you may not stake off space with rope or tape. Blankets or tarps will not be allowed in the standing room only areas or inside the Bluebird Theater.

Can I bring chairs?

Yes, single collapsible chairs are permitted in the festival grounds.  They are permitted throughout the grounds except in the Bluebird Theater and standing room only areas at the Country 500 Stage.

Can I bring food?

No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the festival grounds except for factory-sealed water for personal consumption. Exceptions can be made for special medical needs.

Can I bring my pet into the festival?

No. Pets are allowed in the camping areas but they are NOT permitted in the festival grounds. Service animals are permitted in all areas.

ADA QUESTIONS

Do you offer ADA seating or viewing areas near the concert stage?

An ADA accessible location will be available at each stage.  Please visit here to review the ADA Information.

Where will the ADA platform be for the stages?

At the Country 500 Stage there will be a raised covered viewing platform just off the blacktop road near the ADA Plaza shuttle drop-off. The Bluebird Theater has reserved wheelchair spaces placed throughout the audience, with a seat adjacent to the space for one companion. A viewing area with a reinforced surface and a clear line of site to the stage will also be available. Seats will be marked and ushers will be available to assist you if necessary.

Do we provide transportation from ADA parking to entry and the infield?

Transportation will be provided from LOT 1 ADA parking lot to the infield ADA Plaza. An authorized state-issued sticker, placard or license plate is required to park in designated accessible areas and the person who the pass is issued to must be in the vehicle.

Are the VIP areas wheelchair accessible?

Yes the VIP areas are all wheelchair accessible.  Please check with our hosts at these areas for any issues.

Where is ADA Parking?

Lot 1 off W. International Speedway Blvd. is the designated ADA parking lot. There will also be Accessible spots in Lot 6. Proper ADA identification will allow access on a first-come basis in designated lots. You must show your state-issued handicap placard or license plate to park in the designated ADA lots.

TICKET & WRISTBAND INFORMATION

How much are tickets to the festival?

Is there a deadline to order tickets online?

Tickets purchased online after May will be available for pick up at will call.

Where is Will Call?

Prior to the event, Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Main Ticket Office in the DIS Ticket & Tours Building located at the corner of International Speedway Boulevard and Bill France Boulevard. During the event weekend, Will Call tickets can be picked up at any ticket booth location, including the Main Ticket Office, outside of the Toyota Injector, Gate 23 and at Gate 160 on the backstretch.

Will Call tickets will not be available for pick up until May 1.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes, tickets will be available at the following locations on event days: DIS Tickets and Tours Building, Toyota Injector Box Office, Gate 23 and Gate 160. Cash and Credit Card accepted.

Is the 3-day admission a separate ticket each day?

No.  It’s one wristband good for three days.  Wristbands are non-transferrable and must be worn all weekend. Wristbands that are believed to be tampered with or not properly worn will be confiscated and admission will be denied.

Can I upgrade my 3-day ticket to a VIP ticket, or a single-day ticket to a 3-day ticket?

Yes, please call 844-500-FEST if you’d like to upgrade your ticket experience.  If you decide to upgrade once you arrive at the Festival please visit the main ticket office located in the Ticket and Tours Building.  Upgrades to VIP will be allowed only if there is availability.  If you’ve entered the Festival and then decide to upgrade please visit one of the Festival Information Booths and they can assist you with an upgrade.

What if I lose my wristband?

We cannot replace lost or stolen wristbands.

I never received my wristband in the mail, can I get a replacement?

If you never received your wristband please contact the Daytona ticket office directly at 844-500-FEST.

When I received my wristband in the mail the clasp was broken, what do I do?

We will provide you a replacement wristband at the ticket office near the admission gates (or the tunnel for camping customers).  You must bring the broken wristband with you.

What is the Ambassador Program?

How Does the Ambassador Program Work?

PARKING INFORMATION  

Where will parking be if I purchased in advance?

Single-day and 3-day advanced parking permits will be valid in Lot 6 off of Midway Avenue. Please refer to your parking pass for more detailed parking info.

Where is the Premium Parking?

Advance purchase Premium Parking is located inside the track on the Backstretch skid pad. Customers will enter through Lot 6 off of Midway Avenue and proceed through Gate 65 or as directed by the parking staff. Premium Parking is available only in advance, so please call 844-500-FEST if you’d like to add parking to your order while supplies last.

I did not purchase parking in advance.  Where can I park?

Parking will be available for purchase on event days on a first-come basis in Lot 6 off Midway Ave.

Can I tailgate in the parking lots?

We allow a small 10 x 10 pop-up next to your vehicle as long as it is clear of any fire lanes.  The tent and any other tailgating items must be put away if unattended.  To maintain proper travel paths and expedite entry/exit from the lot as well as fan safety, any items left outside the vehicle unattended may be confiscated. Tailgating is not permitted in Premium Parking.

Can I stay overnight in the parking lots?

No, vehicles left in the lots overnight will be impounded.

What time do the parking lots open?

12:00 pm

Where can I park my motorcycle?

Motorcycle parking will be available for purchase on event days on a first-come basis in Lot 6.


GENERAL CAMPING INFORMATION  


How much does it cost to camp?  

Limited campsites are still available. All camping information can be found by clicking here.

Can I purchase camping when I arrive on site?     

We suggest purchasing in advance as there are limited campsites still available.  You can purchase at the main box office or Gate 40 when you arrive if it is still available.

What is allowed on my campsite?  

Please click here to view the campground prohibitions for what is and is not allowed in the campgrounds.  You may also refer to the materials sent out with the camping passes.

Can I bring my own food & beverages into the campgrounds?

Yes, in your camping area ONLY.  You cannot bring food and beverages into the festival area.  Festival area is limited to factory sealed water only.

Will there be vendors in the campgrounds for supplies, ice, etc.  

Infield campers will have access to food and beverage from food vendors for purchase throughout the weekend.  Ice will also be available for purchase in the infield and West Lot campgrounds.   There will not be a general store.  We do have a Target and other businesses nearby on W. International Speedway Blvd.

Do you have water stations or dump stations?  

The West Lot offers water spigots for potable water use.  Additionally, United Site Services will roam all camping areas to fill water tanks and provide pump out services for a fee.

Are there shower and restroom facilities in the campgrounds? 

There are two permanent shower facilities located inside the infield near the Red RV camping area and across from Lake Lloyd near the festival area. Restrooms are located throughout the campgrounds. Guests who would like their own porta-potty can rent one for a fee. Please call United Site Services at 800-791-8748.

Can I leave the campgrounds to go the store and return?         

Yes, with proper camping wristband PLUS a 3-day admission or VIP wristband, campers may leave the campgrounds on foot or in a tow vehicle and return.   Please exit the infield campgrounds through Tunnel 1 or 4 (exit at Gate 40 for West Lot campers).  RVs or other camping units are not able to drive in/out.  Tow passes are able to drive in/out.

Can I walk in / out of the festival grounds?

Camping guests with a 3-day admission wristband and camping wristband may flow in and out of the festival to the campgrounds while the festival is open noon-midnight). Security will check for proper credentials (3-day admission wristband along with a camping wristband or VIP wristbands) and all bags and persons will be searched for prohibited items.

Can my friend with a 3-day admission or single day admission visit me during the day? 

Camping areas are for camping guests.  Each RV site receives 8 camping wristbands and each tent site receives 4 camping wristbands good to visit the various camping locations.  Lake Lloyd and D/O Lot will require a special camping wristband good for only those areas. Additional camping wristbands are available for purchase.  A camping wristband accompanied by a 3-day general admission wristband / VIP admission wristband is required to exit the festival grounds and enter any camping areas. Single-day ticket holders are not permitted in the infield campgrounds but will be permitted in the West Lot.

If I have a friend joining us later where can he/she park?

Each site comes with one tow pass.  This tow pass can be used to pull an extra car or trailer in tow or for a late arriving guest.  All vehicles and trailers must fit within your reserved site space.  If all of your items do not fit within your space, it will not be permitted to stay.  They must park off property.  Each guest camping on your infield site must have a camping wristband PLUS a 3-day admission wristband/VIP admission wristband. Single-day guests may visit the West Lot campgrounds only.

Can I buy an additional tow pass?

No, we do not sell additional tow passes.  Sites are limited in size and all vehicles & camping items must fit within the reserved site.

Can I pitch a tent next to my RV?

No, for safety reasons we do not allow sleeping tents in the RV areas.  Picnic tents are ok.

Can I just camp and not go to the festival?

No, each person over the age of 2 entering the infield campgrounds MUST have a 3-day admission wristband/VIP admission wristband AND a camping wristband.   Wes Lot campers must have a camping wristband and ANY festival admission ticket.

Will I be able to view the concerts from my campsite?

No, however some spots may have a partial view of the Country 500 Stage.  Please note the location of the stage is subject to change so there is no way to guarantee any type of view from your campsite.

How close are the campsites to the festival area?

Most infield campsites are within a short walking distance to the festival area.  Guests will need to walk to the festival area; infield transportation will not be provided, except for guests with mobility disabilities.

Are pets allowed in the campgrounds?

Yes, but they are not permitted inside the festival area (unless service animals).  Pets must remain on a leash.  The owner is responsible for cleaning up after pets.  If pets are not on a leash or are aggressive they will be required to be boarded.

Are campfires permitted?

Yes, properly controlled cooking fires are permitted in the campgrounds.

Are generators permitted?

Yes, however we do require the generators to be in good working order, properly and safely affixed and utilize a whisper/quiet style generator.  For your personal safety and those around you we recommend that generators are shut off at night and that you direct exhaust away from enclosed areas.

What are the quiet times?

Quiet times will be enforced from 2:00 am – 6:00 am each morning.

INFIELD CAMPING INFORMATION 

 

What defines the “Festival Area” from the infield camping area? 

There are fences that denote these areas.  When entering the Festival Area from the campgrounds you will have your wristbands and bags checked at designated checkpoints.

Are all camping sites inside the infield reserved?

Yes, all infield camping sites are sold as reserved.

Can I have multiple tents on my Orange area tent campsite?

Yes, as long as it fits within your reserved site.  Limited to one vehicle and one tow pass for extra guest car or pull behind such as a small trailer (cannot exceed 8 ft. height x 20 ft. length).  Please remember there is a limit of 4 guests per campsite.

What type of tents / sleeping units / RVs are permitted in the infield?

Most sites are approximately 20 x 40. Site sizes in Lake Lloyd and Driver/Owner are approx. 20 x 55. All camping info can be found by clicking here.

The Orange tent area has the same restrictions as racing where limited to tents, cars or small pull-behind units that do not exceed 8 ft. in height or 20 ft. in length.

No box trucks or buses permitted in any camping area.

When does the infield open for camping?

Premium Infield will open at 9:00 am on Thursday, May 24
Remaining Infield will open at 12:00 pm on Thursday, May 24
West Lot Reserved will open at 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 24
West Lot General Admission/Tent will open at 6:00 am on FRIDAY, May 25

Is RV staging permitted prior to entry?

No, we do not have a staging area.

When and where can I enter the infield for camping?

RVs must enter at Gate 40 off Williamson Blvd and proceed through the Turn 1 Tunnel.
Guests camping in the Orange area can enter at the Turn 4 Tunnel from Midway Ave. They can also enter at the Turn 1 Tunnel.

Is the infield open 24 hours for admission?

Yes. Tunnel 1 will be open 24 hours for campground access. Tunnel 4 will operate from 1:30 pm – midnight on event days. Tunnel 4 will not be open from the hours of 12:00 am – 1:30 pm overnight.

WEST LOT CAMPING INFORMATION

When can I enter the West Lot for RV/tent camping?

RVs can enter on Thursday, May 24 beginning at 3:00 pm and stay until Monday, May 28 at noon.  GA tent camping in West Lot doesn’t begin until 6:00 am on Friday, May 25.

If I’m camping in the West Lot am I able to leave and re-enter the concert area?

Yes, through Tunnel 1 with a camping wristband PLUS a 3-day admission wristband or VIP admission wristband.

Do you have restrooms and showers for the general admission tent camping area?

All restroom and shower facilities in the West Lot are temporary (i.e. port-a-johns, shower trailer).

Is the West Lot open 24 hours?

Yes.

Can my friends visit my West Lot site?

Yes, guests may have ANY festival admission ticket to visit the West Lot. However they may not re-enter the festival unless they have a 3-day wristband or VIP wristband.

Where is the general admission tent camping?

General admission camping is located in the West Lot. All other camping is sold as reserved. We will fill on a first come basis.

Can I hold spots to camp near friends?

No, you must enter at the same time in order to be next to your group.

How big are the tent sites?

The sites are 10×30 and large enough for ONE car/truck and ONE sleeping tent.

Can I put more than one tent on my site if it fits within the 10 x 30 space?

No; only one tent and one vehicle per site.

Can I sleep in my car or truck?

Yes.

Can I bring a pop-up trailer or a small pull-behind?

No.  Only one tent and one car/truck since it is such a small space.

Can I bring a motorcycle with a small pull-behind sleeping unit?

No, this is a tent area only.  You can bring a motorcycle with a tent but pull-behind sleeping units are not permitted in this area.  Only a small supply carrier will be allowed to accompany a motorcycle.

Is there transportation to the festival area?    

Yes, there will be tram service from the West Lot. The tram service will operate daily with pick-up and drop-off locations at the Daytona Flat Track (located in the West Lot campground) to Gate 55, near admission Gate 160. There is also an ADA shuttle from the West end of the Stadium at Lot 1 to the ADA plaza adjacent to the infield.
